      Pros

      Great for the first finance/accounting job. The strategy is to work 2-3 years, gain experience and go to another job with higher salary. Anyway you can always come back to audit, there will always be lack of competent employees.

      Cons

      Overtimes, sometimes you will change projects and teams quickly, and there will always be a risk of being under a senior / manager who is ret*rded or do not give a sh*t about audit staff

      Company had great health insurance benefit.

      Season employees for few months in a year. Didn't see any cons.
