      Growth & Learning - Baxter offers great opportunities for carrier growth and promotes internal talent and i am of the example. Culture - Team collaboration, work-life balance, inclusivity, reward and recognition. Strong Leadership - Supportive managers, transparent communication, approachable senior team.

      Cons

      While the work culture and growth are excellent, compensation and benefits could be strengthened further.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
