      Pros

      Your work supports a meaningful purpose. I'm trusted as a professional. Have a great manager to work with. Great new CEO/Leader with a vision to take the company into the future.

      Cons

      Of course resources can be limited like in all companies. Recently had a little bit of turn over making it difficult for remaining folks to cover the workload.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
