Pros
Enjoyed my time at Baxters. I learned a lot and was given the opportunity to make a real difference. The core team in Canada is excellent. Since the team is relatively small in Canada, you have the chance to get exposed to global practices while making a real difference in your local market.
Cons
UK owned and some interference at times from the head office team based in Scotland. Made some changes here in 2011 that were detriemental to the business and that could lead to potential issues in the future.
