      Good work-life balance depending on your direct manager, VP, and function. Good total compensation package. World class benefits. Generous PTO since 2017.

      Cons

      If your manager/director does not favor you, and you can feel it right away. Start looking for another opportunity somewhere else before the annual October purge.
