      Outstanding work environment, bred by a common purpose to fulfill Baxter Healthcare's motto of "doing work that matters". Employees are very open to connect and meet with new people Shining example of how a corporate setting should be

      Easy to get lost in the shuffle given the amount of employees Advancement may be difficult given the amount of talented employees employed at Baxter
