      The atmosphere was light and the organization had a commitment to success.

      Cons

      The bioscience division is still relatively new, so it is somewhat in a maturing phase. The organization is generally in control.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
