Pros
Good Company, great products, job security. Knowing that daily what you do literally makes a difference and saves a life is a great benefit in itself. Good health care benefits.
Cons
Being promoted almost impossible. Reluctant to change with the times (technology), work life balance is a struggle. HR is not in touch with the employees or management. Usually understaffed in non manufacturing departments which creates animosity between the support groups.
