      Very flexible with time off for personal items Busy, lots of work and opportunities for accomplishment Get good experience with many different projects

      Lots of financial problems right now Very hard to move up, unless working on special projects People get stuck in their careers

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
