      Pros

      Interesting mix of people with minimal physical demands. Work is steady and benefits are great. Excellent training program with computer resources provided at work.

      Cons

      No individual feedback on performance. Poor proactive planning sometimes results in excessive OT to achieve customer demand. Garbled communication to entry level employees leaves rumour mill the best source of information
