Long hours Upper management only cares about numbers Employees are toxic and belong on Jerry Springer Much of the management staff grew up together and only look out for their own Outsiders are not welcomed Will work 6 to 7 days depending on orders Equipment always breaks

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
