Pros
It's good to have days where you finish at 3.30. Half an hour break in morning and hour for lunch
Cons
Training is unbelievably slow. You get trained in one thing and that's basically it, they forget about you. You have to fight to move your training on and keep getting excuses. There is no work life balance, your life comes last. Trying to get time off is a nightmare. The place basically does not care about the staff. It is not somewhere to advance your career
