Business Outlook
Pros
Baxter has a large network and a good business structure. I was able to take on a lot of diverse projects and gain great experience. Stock purchasing plan is a nice incentive. People are laid back and management does not micromanage.
Cons
Culture is dependent on location. Where I was everybody tries is tries to protect themselves and there is a lot of finger pointing. Seems like those who are sycophantic will succeed the most. Management talks about developing people but never provides anything concrete. Pay could easily be a bit higher.
