Amateurs running a serious pharmaceutical site. Terrible attitude towards staff. Expect staff to stay back with absolutely no notice. Just as your about to go home, be told you're needed to do an extra shift. Zero chance of getting a day off, unless you're lucky to have pre-booked back in January.
