Exposed to lots of situations, coworkers are very knowledgeable, good education in systems, good front line supervision structure

Cons

Autocratic corporate structure, career growth is not a priority, not a premium name in the industry, education reimbursement is pathetic

Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

Nothing to gain here for growth

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
