Experienced leadership team with great prior experience from Big Pharma. Definitely recommended for someone looking to learn quickly about the LifeSciences industry in a short amount of time. Will set you up for future success. Flexibility to try different things based on your interest - no shortage of work going around. Good Benefits relative to other Pharmaceuticals, however still can do better compared to tech companies in Bay Area.
Cons
Planning can be done a lot better. A lot of experienced industry leaders, however, still a lot of standard activities feel unplanned and impromptu.
