Compensation is considered above the Market, Benefits are solid, work flexibility, great Pipeline and Business updates

This is truly a global company - you are expected to adjust each and every day as needed for meetings that can occur any time of day - from early morning to late at night. Product Development and Pipeline is exciting to bear witness to, but this is at the sacrifice of building out and vetting of standard processes in backend functions. There is not enough time, energy and thought put into planning for change management - thus the uptake is very slow, difficult and frustrating for the vast majority impacted.
