Pros
The people, the benefits, the pay are all excellent! The new building is beautiful. The new remote work policy is pro work/life balance and very much appreciated. I've seen a lot of change, both good and bad. Overall, it's been a very good place to work and has provided a good way of life for me and my family.
Cons
Change is inevitable, and the pace of change within our industry is getting faster and faster, which means it's becoming more and more challenging to stay competitive. We are not quick to adapt and develop new products, and our existing products need improvements that take too long to push thru to completion. We need to increase our speed of output if we want to be a competitive leader in the marketplace.
