      If you like overtime pay, bendix is great.

      Cons

      If you like to make a great paycheck, but never want to see your family, this place is great... The work was brutal, the supervisor I had was arrogant and harsh to his employees. The supervisor was hypocritical and ridiculed teammates when they left early, but also left early during mandatory OT to pick up RV's and toys...

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
