So many areas of work to get involved in. You can move from business strategy to a huge technology business if you do the right projects. Helpful and kind people, and a good team who are honest and interested in their work..
Cons
Things move slowly due to risk considerations and inefficiencies of scale. Many levels of management make it hard to grow unless you are constantly trying to do that more than your actual work. Internal mobility is harder than it might sound.
