      focus on technology, great people, good working environment. Work culture is great. smart people around. all technology developed in house. no bureaucracy.

      Cons

      too many applications. Hiring too many people now since the company is growing causing dilution of talent. Need to have tougher job interviews.

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
