No flexibility and unfair compensation - Anonymous employee BlackRock Employee Review

Management has removed flexibility from employees without listening to employee concerns. Totally tone deaf senior leaders have communicated this change very poorly and employees don’t understand that they are being constantly monitored. Employees in NYC are paid the same as those in other cities where the cost of living is much lower, feels very unfair. Women receive smaller bonuses than men with less experience and less skilled roles
