Pros
The people there are generally young and very friendly, one encountered one unpleasant director in 2 years. The work life balance is really amazing. There are some periods of crunch time and you can take on a lot of responsibility but generally it’s quite chill. The unlimited PTO is fantastic and a lot of people abuse it. My manager was on about 40 days off in a year. Most people take between 28 and 35.
Cons
Unless you land on one of the ML or compute teams the tech is really old with an atrocious ci/cd pipeline. The pay and bonuses definitely can be better and there’s a sense that most associates stick around just tor the unlimited PTO.
