      More cons than pros: 1. Low pay 2. Lot of internal politics to win the race 3. Not one guy is dependable, be your manager or skip manager. Everyone tries to put the blame on you

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
