Pros
Regarding the market position, I find there are no major advantages compared to other data companies, particularly as the salary remains at an average level. Additionally, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding the office environment. While our hybrid schedule requires three to five days in the office, the workspace itself is uncomfortable. It appears that the current setup does not meet standard comfort levels for a professional environment; however, I recognize this may be an issue with the WeWork facility rather than Boomi specifically.

There are several areas where I believe improvements are needed. First, the current approach to hybrid work feels inconsistent, as remote work is often used as an incentive rather than a standard practice. Additionally, the high level of micromanagement and administrative burden, combined with understaffed teams, makes it increasingly difficult to meet sales targets. Regarding the local office in Barcelona, the physical workspace is uncomfortable, and there is a perception that the hub is positioned primarily as a low-cost center. This is coupled with a lack of clear career progression and unattainable incentive goals, which impacts overall morale and motivation.
