      Compensation and benefits, international opportunities, challenges, smart co-workers, opportunity to work with top notch consultants (BCG, McKinsey, etc), good branding in most of regions

      Cons

      Sr mgmt expects 120% from you ... work / life balance, too hierarchical, not agile enough, limited access to upper management if you're not director or above.
