      Pros

      Among the pros that I found during my tenure as Advisor are warm camaraderie amongst colleagues, rich and diverse cross-functional projects and a stellar array of the industry's top talents.

      Cons

      I found it particularly hard to make an international transfer although it was something to expect during a bad season for the industry.

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union
