Pros
Expert, professional committed ground-level staff. Products you can be proud of. Probably still the best construction materials company around.
Cons
No life-work balance. Staff seen as dispensable commodities and expected to do the work of 2 or 3 people. Endemic, sometimes blatant sexism - embarrassing for any man to see who has any sense of decency. Climate of fear where people are frightened to say when anything is wrong in case they are victimised or blamed for it.
