      Good 401k match and (mostly) friendly people

      Cons

      Constantly firing, re-hiring, or sending work overseas. Not stable and everything is an "emergency". No room for growth unless you give them 20 years (assuming they don't fire you).

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
