      Pay, benefits, that’s pretty much it

      Cons

      No room for advancement, you have to know someone in the company, no matter how qualified you are they’ll give supervisory/ management roles to people that doesn’t even have a GED

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
