      Good healthcare, competitive salary structure Autonomy and independence Can be interesting and you can grow. Can prepare you for a better more opportunistic future

      Work you to death.. low headcount multitask all the time. Impersonal, personal side no there Culturally very different than US companies

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
