      Pros

      A lot of exposure to some very cool, company-changing projects and strategic view from the top. If you put in the work and show some interest, they'll definitely give you the chance to prove yourself and get that experience.

      Cons

      The hours are long, and the environment is hyper-competitive and not particularly collaborative. It's not the kind of place where people will have your back and offer to help.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
