      Decent benefits and decent trucks.

      Cons

      Ready mix division have terrible management and they come up with new rules/ ways to try to take money from you. Also the more hours you work the less you make per load.let

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
