- Flexible working hours when you do not work in Houston Corporate office.
Cons
- Structural corporate culture, very hierarchical, bureaucratic, top down management
- Entry levels must work very long hours and show commitment to company in order to be considered for promotions.
- Very political, who you know really matters in order to excel.
