      Pros

      Kept busy, when economy is good there are as many hours as you want. They dont mind paying overtime so its the only way to make any real money.

      Cons

      Tough work. Also once the economy slows down in any way, people get let go left and right. This seems to come more with any industry that is tied to construction though.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
