      Pros

      Good people, plenty of ability to learn and increase knowledge of cement industry, electrical and instrumentation. Lots of OT if wanted. Left for a more balanced home/work life.

      Cons

      A constant reactionary company where planned maintenance is a rarity. Penny-pinching to the point it causes downtime by working with vintage equipment, although capital projects are in the works to replace old and outdated equipment.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
