      Many employees feel "connected" and a sense of ownership in the company.

      Cons

      Not as innovative as they think. They still manage prices and products rather than customers and solutions as they boast.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
