You will learn very quickly and a lot of information about the industry. It is a field that’s very interesting, many processes to learn. A good starting job.
Cons
The culture is very toxic. There are no work place values, it is difficult to move up in any position if you are good at your job, you will most likely stay there. Management needs a lot of work, a lot of mico-managing. Positions change very often, as the only people that are promoted are the ones that just do as their told.
