If you are a female, certain upper management - who control all decisions - can't even comprehend that you could be an engineer or field construction professional. Drive a loader? Ha. They still think there is a 3rd joystick there. That attitude results in judgements made based on perceptions, and minutia, not the numbers and performance. Men are promoted in operations and legal, women are second class and treated poorly.
