Pros
I like how you can really grow in this company to find a position you like. I love my job now but my department needs to grow.
Cons
Unfortunately with so much growth a lot of the time when you change position in the company it will take the management team months or even a year to fully transition someone into your old position. It took my last position about 8 months to get filled. My manager left a year ago and they still haven’t filled that job. It’s nice to hire internally but they need to step it up in filling important roles.
