Pros
Company had relatively good benefits, some internal support structure and training. Operating in multiple countries allowed diversity in companies future.
Cons
Constant turn over of key personnel and managers. Seems like every 3-6 months some type of upper management restructuring happening, new job titles for the same job. No long term loyalty to the employees, outsources as much as possible.
