      Pros

      Great people to work around. Pay is good. Equipment is kept DOT legal.

      Cons

      Pay is good but not competitive enough with other local companies. VERY unsteady work hours. Some weeks are 60 hours and some are less than 40. Benefits aren't competitive unless you are at a union plant.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
