For me personally, the pros were by far the people I worked with both on site and via email and phone all over the US and Mexico. Employees are generally happy and I, for one, was very satisfied with the environment I was in. My supervisor was just a gem of a man- very knowledgeable and always willing to share his knowledge with us in order to make us a stronger team. My teammates were also always so supportive and helpful. Management, including the executive level leadership, was extremely easy to talk to. Although most companies say they have an open door policy, Cemex TRULY lived that value.
