      Commitment to colleague wellbeing, teamwork and generally treating all people with respect.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any downsides- sometimes very busy but that is to be expected. When we are busy I do feel supported by senior management to help prioritise effectively.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      Cons

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
