Mediocre/Language Barrier for Learning - Talent Development Professional CEMEX USA Employee Review

Horrible management, expected to work overtime/long hours (no extra pay), no hands on training, trainers are hard to understand (causes language barrier), grades that doesn’t have anything to do with personal background, interests or future job duties affects employment, management seemed to “not” care until near end of program, and lack of communication and coordination between departments.
