Some teams find themselves understaffed, which is not our intentional approach to work as it poses a challenge both to the employee personally as well as to the business. International project assignments and global time zones are sometimes difficult to manage during normal business hours. Under Kelly's leadership, however, we are working diligently to make work/life balance a priority.
