      All depends on project, don't choose any random project( out of your domain) due to close time limits. You have enough time to select and crack your project, this company can keep you on bench for more than 1 year, but you need to clear the internal exams regularly if you are on bench.

      Cons

      Don't stick here for promotion if you are fresher, get the real life experience, prepare for the best, and go for it.
