Pros
Good quality people and market level salaries. Good brand and mostly good relationships with customers.
Cons
Very 'cliquey'. Lots of snobbery and too many VPs enjoying life and not earning for the company. Big glass ceiling at grade below VP. Difficult to work across divisional or geographic boundaries.
