Really respected employees and their view. Gave opportunity to people who could show results

They lost their way in after the merger b/w E&Y Consulting and Capgemini. the new entity Capgemini US LLC was great to work for initially till about 2005. The due to pressures of being a public company it became more of a glorified body shopper than a consulting firm. Although I have heard that they are turning around in the last year or so and going back to the big 4 roots
