Pros
Great atmosphere at work and people around. Comfortable offices (although we are talking about open space) which are easy to reach from the city center. Possibilities to; go on tranistions to other countries, get to know other cultures, people and improve the language.
Cons
Low salaries which are not adjusted to the amount of work as well as to responsibility for assigned scopes of an average employee.
